To separate between automatic proposals and read proposals, please engage with me by sending me a private message about the project. I need 3 things done, the first one being graphic design for my existing quote template which I send to customers, so I need this to be very professional and attractive. The second thing is that it must be easy for me to input the customer's details, prices, adding tasks, basically, if I want to add something to the document it must be easy for me to do. The third thing is that it must not take long for me to fill out because this is one of the reasons why I want to hire a professional so that they can make the whole process of writing up a quote and sending it to my customer very quick and easy because as you can see in the existing one attached it takes some time. The problem with the one attached is that every time I write something the whole thing moves down And I have to re-align all the headings I want to be able to input anything without nothing moving, to make it automatic so You as the professional can decide whether it should be a Word document or an Excel document.

Hi there, As a rule of the thumb, externally distributed business docs, like quotes must be send to recipients in a PDF format as an assurance that the receiving end can’t do any alteration on the docs. If it requires graphics, sentences and professional formatting then you should go for Word, if it’s require beyond the basic computation then Excel is the best option. We can create an automation using Excel VBA, if it requires graphics, professional formatting and complex computation to combine excel and word and save it in PDF format.
