Graphic Designer Needed for entire Marketing Package

Hello! We are a Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in selling Apartment Buildings in Toronto. The marketing materials we use are getting stale and outdated, so we are looking to have almost everything redesigned. We will also need the editable copy of each item, as we will want to use the final product again in the future for different listings. We will need to be able to use it as a sort of template than we would just change the photos and words/information (We will have Indesign or Illustrator available). Items to be Redesigned; - - A pre-sale presentation package: Approx.13 pages, includes all information about our brokerage and gives examples of what we would do to market their specific building. - - A Building Marketing Package: Approx. 10-20 pages, includes photos of the building we are selling, and information regarding the financials, investment details, etc. - - A Newsletter: 4 Pages. We mail it out quarterly, it includes all of our recent listings and sales and usually includes an article, etc. - - A feature sheet: An excel formatted sheet with formulas to calculate the income and expenses, to later PDF and provide to potential Buyers for financial investment information - - A rent roll: An excel formatted sheet with formulas to calculate the income of each unit per month and annually, to later PDF and provide to potential Buyers for financial investment information. - Letterhead - Business Cards (All photos and information/wording would be provided for all of the above)
