An Introduction Our Company continues to undergo substantial transformations across all levels of the organization as part of our Strategic development. As we develop new and innovative ways to serve our customers, we must also modernize and introduce our new structure of operations to our teams and stakeholders. These new structures will take the form of changes in sales and operational structures and processes meant to benefit our customers. These videos will act as introductory media meant to build engagement and trust with the new structure but is not meant to convey technical details. Our Objective The purpose of this message is to communicate an introductory video to our stakeholders that introduces the new Workspace structure by relating it to our customers’ needs and requirements. The key message can be broken into: • Our customer’s needs – a functional workspace • The complexity that can arise to meet those needs • How our structure addresses those needs and that complexity • That the customer can trust this structure to work The audience The key audience for this video all stakeholders, internal and external. • Staff • Customers • Suppliers • Stakeholders Project Characteristics As we evolve our strategy, we look to address the functional requirements of our stakeholders and inherent complexity of our business through a relationship of trust.
