Install and Modify Wordpress Theme + Logo/Graphic Design

I am launching two projects, the first is a small personal blog about the telecom industry and the second will be a very large corporate website with customer portal. Both will be based off wordpress. This project will be for the first site I need to launch, the basic wordpress blog and logo design. I am using this project as a trial for the designer/developer and will award the second project which will have a larger budget if the quality of the work performed on the first project is satisfactory. I have a wordpress theme picked out that I want to purchase. I will supply you with files after purchase and I will set you up with a login to my godaddy account to install the theme and make the modifications I request. In addition, I will need a logo designed and a little bit of other graphic work for 2 or 3 header images for the pages created. The site will be a basic blog. There will be the following pages on the site: Homepage - defaults to a brief site description and most recent blog entries About - a description and biography of myself and the site as well as a couple of pictures. I will provide content and pictures Resources & Links - A page with several links and a brief description of them Contact - A simple contact page with form and contact info. I will also need some basic wordpress plugins installed for things like a mailing list. I do not require much customization from theme as this will be a very basic site, but the logo and header images will need to be of high professional quality as this is reflecting my personal brand. I require someone with a sold grasp on English for easy communication and will need revisions compelted until the work is satisfactory. I am an experienced web developer, I just don't have the experience in wordpress, the graphic design skill, or the time to complete this. Because of my knowledge, I am easy to work with and understand the scope of your work so should be able to clearly communicate and articulate job info as needed.
