Interactive map for website

Looking for someone to design/develop an interactive globe for my website where users can search for people by clicking on any city in any country. I would need back end ability to upload and update the lists of people who are searchable on the front end. For example, my via my website, an individual would be able to search for a musician by geographic city. They would come to the site and click on the map which would allow them to search by any city in the world. Upon selecting a city, a list of musicians would be displayed. The user could click on any name in the list and see a picture and short bio and perhaps even click a link to go to their website or listen to a snippet of their music, etc. I would need the interactive map developed, and need the backend developed so I could update the list of musicians as needed (upload photos, add/edit bios, link, etc.) I will also need help integrating the interactive map into my website. I have no idea how much a job like this would cost so please give me a sense of what that would look like. If it’s too cost prohibitive I’ll likely just not do the project.
