Long Term Graphic Designer needed for POD merchandize e.g. T-Shirts, Mugs, Shoes, Canvas etc.

We’re looking for a graphic designer for our “personalized” print-on-demand merchandise ecommerce business (shopify store) on a regular / long-term basis. The designs needs to be created fot T-shirts/Mugs/Bags/Shoes/Canvas/and other POD merchandise. Most of the designs will consist of texts and simple graphics but some might require complex and colorful designs as well. We'll provide the idea of the design and your job is to incorporate the idea in to a unique design for a particular merchandise. • We will need 4-5 designs every day • We need someone who can improve upon our guidelines to create their own original and amazing designs. • Graphics will need to be 300 dpi. Dimensions of the images will depend upon the merchandise and it will be provided in the job sheet. • Graphics will need to be a PNG with transparent background. • Unlimited revisions are needed to make sure we get the proper file type, size and resolution for the print-on-demand vendor • Depending on our level of satisfaction with your first few jobs, the rate of payment will be negotiable for future / long-term jobs. • Having an experience with shopify print-on-demand vendor (e.g. printify, printful, printaura, teelaunch) will be a definite plus • Must have proven experience of custom merchandize design (T-Shirts, Mugs etc) We have attached a couple of examples
