Long term position must be in Philippines

I am starting a business in the Philippines and I am looking for a talented people that has creative minds. This is a long term commitment. I currently resides in Hawaii and most business clients will be US based. I am the CEO/System Architech of my own company . I am also System Software Engineer and Mobile/Desktop Developer using backend Oracle PLSQL database of a small company in Virginia with more than 200 US base clients in Electronic Health Records.
