Make Illustrator CC Patterned Brush

I need a pattern brush made for illustrator cc. See image of hand drawn "route" line. I currently use a pen to make lines and then click "dashed" line in the stroke tool and then I overlay an arrowhead every 7th dash to create the dashed-arrow line. This takes way too long. I need an illustrator brush that will create this automatically. I need the brush to be downloadable into my brush palette in illustrator cc.
