I need some Graphic Design

Hello, We are looking for someone with excellent design skills and taste that can help us create images and graphics for our ecommerce site and brand. We are looking to stand out from the competition and give it genuinely premium look and feel. Certain images and graphics clearly stand out for some particular brands. We are aiming for that kind of level. - Create high quality images with graphics and/or text that enhance the brand image and appeal of the product. - Some would be created from product photos others can be more creative and done from scratch. - Create stunning graphic images that can be used in web stores. - Create web banners that can be used in ecommerce store sites. - Create web banners that can be used for online advertising. - Be able to create placeholders for text as we would often need to replace with text in Japanese but English is still used sometimes. - Good design sense that can create images congruent with the brand perception we want to project. Optional but highly preferable: - Excellent Web Design skills and HTML knowledge are a big plus. - Can create good looking websites. - Can create good looking HTML email templates designs. - Understand the key points to increasing an images appeal in the mind of potential customers. - Have experience in ecommerce and/or advertising banner graphics/images. - Working within Japanese business hours would be good if possible as that is when the rest of the team works but it isn't necessary - we can work around it. Other requirements/Skills: - Excellent communication skills - Can work within a schedule and consistently meet deadlines - Offer ideas/suggestions - Not just do the job but seek to do it well and to a high standard. - Reliable and dependable It would start as an "as needed" job but for the successful candidate we could give quite a lot of work.
