Need a WordPress (or similar) site for individual freelance writing business

Please read before bidding!! My freelance writing is working out better than expected, and I've realized I likely need a website to showcase my work and attract clients. I've never built a website before, so I hope to find someone who knows what they're doing and hopefully has experience in this type of website. Ideally, I'd like to have several pages/tabs/whatever you think works best. I'm willing to defer to a more experienced opinion. I would need: - an "about me" page, a portfolio page - a "my services" page - a page that provides contact information and maybe a contact form - maybe a section to include a blog at a later point I don't need you to worry about the written content, I can do that part myself once the site is set up and the space is there for it. So placeholder text is fine. But I do not have any design elements completed, so it would be nice to have a simple logo (not super important if it's beyond your scope, I can do it later) and a sleek, eye-catching, professional layout. It would be nice to see samples of similar websites you have completed, though I'm willing to consider new freelancers who have the necessary skills to complete the project. The price is negotiable, so if I've under-budgeted, it's just because I'm a little unsure about what this work is worth, but I'm hoping to spend about $30-$50 USD. But I'm not looking for someone to do a "good enough" job to suit the budget. I'd rather negotiate if the price isn't suitable to get it done right. It should be a simple job, it's really just setting up the layout and the technical side of the website. I'm generally pretty easygoing, so it should be an easy good review for the right freelancer.
