Hello, Please read the description of this project bellow before applying and make sure you fully understand its contents ---------------------------------------- We are looking for a good programmer who is very good in open spruce codes to create a portal website that cater for buyers and sellers. 1- The idea of this portal is to allow buyers post project free of charge and be able to see seller profile or portfolio of projects and part of the contact details once there is an awarded project to that buyer but not full contact until the buyer has to fill out the request form saying what they want to buy. i.e. I want to hire a graphic designer for so and so. Or want to hire a cleaner to clean my apartment etc. 2- Once this has been filled out, the system must be able to notify all registered seller base on their profile, i.e. if the seller was an IT support and the buyer want IT support then this should be able to match with their needs and be able to get a notification. Then the buyer or seller can choose to bid for this project or not? An example of this is right now available at [login to view URL] 3- The system must be able to send a notification to all registered seller who indicate they provide such a service (i.e. cleaner, Removal services, Massage service etc.) 4- Seller also can register for free by creating a full profile about their company to include what service they offer.
