Rebranding+Logo+UX Redesign Suggestion

I want you to take this job only if you feel you have what it takes to "Suggest" a new design for my website without the need to change the functionality (which is find what you look for in just 3 Clicks, hence the name)..the site is almost finished development by my team, but for now you can check the wix version to get an idea how it looks like, which is made by me to help designers like you to understand what I'm doing. Im posting this job to get a new improved design The job should include fallowing -Logo (create a beautiful and iconic logo that will work in any situation necessary) -Redesign colours/buttons/menu/ WITHIN the limit of the concept, which is that users should find what they look for in 3 Clicks. This should be done for all pages and under pages -Add the brand I choose to run with to " Folder design, Envelope, Letterhead, Business Cards, Mails format etc) available so that I can print out (see example picture attached) (basically a complete startup business package) -Support my developers while they implement your new design on the website. -You will give me a timeframe of picture presentation of suggestions, and if I do not like what you have suggested/designed, then you will not get paid and the job will be reposted. I advise you to have an active dialogue with me about your progress to save yourself time, by showing me early progress examples, so I can guide you to design something I will want. -You will write me why I should choose you by presenting me other work you have done. Payout will come as fallows -First payment when Logo is done and accepted. -Second payment when UX/Design for the website is done (all pages) -Third payment when its you have finished the support with my team to implement it to the site. -Last payment when the files for the branding accessories are delivered (Business package) Here you have links to websites I'm inspired of as a reference. [login to view URL] (I like there Logo, large and clear, also the light green colour of choice) [login to view URL] (Clean and simple to understand) [login to view URL] (This one I like most, but mostly the colour combination of orange and white) This is an Advertisement Website that needs to have a good, strong "Brand", its concept is for users to have a fun experience navigating it, and still be fast and simple to find what they look for, kind of like a game feeling. It does not have a "Search" function because we want the users to take a minute and search with there eyes, and while doing so, give the "Advertisers" a chance to be seen, so that the next time the users need something, they will remember where to look first. Note: Although there are 4 sections in the site "Services" "Homes" "Jobs" ”Restaurants” I will just start with one, and the others will be activated for the public in time, so the design you suggest must look good even when the others are disabled.
