redesign and refresh a wordpress website

You may use a theme you already have and customize it or use one which I have downloaded. Or you can create your own design. I have a theme which includes PSD files and documentation. the theme files will be provided to you. I have a logo already, and a name for the site. there will be no need to set up a cart. the site will be hosted at godaddy. the site will have sections: home, staff, products, news, about us, contact us with a header for navigation and a footer that has information and links to facebook. Most of my site content is ready. I have images and text. I need the site to be deployed with a design that is eye catching and impressive. The site has a home page which will be linked to by the company logo and a page link that says home. a contact us page will need to be set up and configured to use a contact form. the form shall include required fields: First name, last name, reply email address, and a message in the form. an optional phone number will also be part of the contact form. the contact form will send the messages to an email address on the domain. you will set up and configure the contact form to work and send the form information to an email address I will give you. The site footer shall have a link to our facebook page and a link to the contact form, a small copy right and company information text, and a go to top of page arrow. the staff page will have section for each of our team members, right now that will just be 4 staff members on the page place holder sections which show a generic picture and the text next to the picture that says we are recruiting our team. the staff section will be two column so the picture is on the left and the information about the staff member is on the right. there will be 4 staff members so they will be listed one after the other scrolling down. the products page will be set so our two main products are seen right now we only have shirts and hats with a description of each. the products are not going to be sold on the site so there will not be a cart. there will be no cart or commerce solution needed for this site. the news section will show the last 4 stories by default and can be expanded or link to show older stories from news posts. the about us will feature a description about the company. You will have FTP access and admin access to wordpress. I have some text and some images ready, the layout and design will be the primary focus of this job. the site needs to look professional and well laid out. please ask any questions you have.
