We require 2 concepts to refresh our home page design. you need to offer revisions and make sure the PSD is layered and editable. Whatever fonts will be used must be provided too. New freelancers that need a kick start here are welcome. our budget is 15-20 USD. we will provide a reference design and last but not least, you cannot disclose or put this on your portfolio or profile anywhere on the web. We have ways of finding it out if you take a chance and will never hire you again. type iwantachance and i will determine the best fit to hire. After the PSD is done, we will re hire you to do the html css coding and if you do well for a reasonable price, we will also make you code the inner pages..
