We are seeking a rockstar, creative web designer with a strong sense of design and creativity. He/She will be responsible for designing sites and themes using our proprietary online website builder which allows us to create custom websites, landing pages, blogs, online stores or funnels. Ongoing work! Do not respond if a company only want to employ an individual. Sorry no one from India or subcontinent will be considered Critical Functions You will be working on digital projects across a range of platforms including websites, mobile, and email. You will probably be a creative person combined with a passion for making something work well. In addition to the advanced design and technology skills you will have polished as a designer, you will also need an understanding of business goals and user behaviour • An ability to see things from the user’s viewpoint • An excellent attention to detail • Communication skills: you need to be concise with your opinions and you will need to make informed decisions backed by data, to help improve the usability of a website or application • Google Analytics certification preferred • Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas. • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design. • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism. • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. • Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies. Education/Training: • Preferably, a Bachelor’s degree in a design related field and strong online design emphasis Skillset Required: • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. • Knowlege of CSS & HTML • Ability to create vector graphics • Creativity with a strong sense of composition and visual UI • Knowledge of web media and technology. • Well-organized, enthusiastic, innovative and results-orient
