Searching for a T-Shirt / shirt designer MBA

I'm a german mechanical engineer and working as a project manager. So my skills are calculating and managing some stuff. Maybe this is the reason for my bad design work. A good chance for you, to be my merch by Amazon t-shirt designer. My goal is to find a designer longterm. Together we need to tier up in merch by Amazon. So at the beginning we start slowly and grow together. I started some months ago to do some research for good ideas to place some nice shirts on amazon. The only thing which keeps me from uploading some designs is the undone design work. If you are experienced in common design software like GIMP, Canva, Adobe Illustrator [login to view URL] is the first step. You should be creative and bring your own ideas to mine to create some great designs. Sometimes these designs are going to be very simple, sometimes not. I will do the roughly research and you just need to do the design work. All designs need to meet the policy of merch by Amazon.
