Please understand the project before you bid,
The website is about Study Material website, which has the following features,
1) Categorized Material:
The main categories will be Majors such as Commerce, Science, Medical etc,
The sub categories will be courses inside those majors such as Maths, Economics, English etc... inside those there will be categories of teacher's notes available, so lets say a tree will be formed like this:
Commerce > Maths > Sir X, Sir Y, Sir Z
Commerce > English > Sir A, Sir B, Sir Z
Science > Maths > Sir X, Sir Z
(All will be changeable by admin)
2) Material Uploading
We need a section in admin to upload notes, now the MAIN PART is that it WON'T BE DOWNLOADABLE, the notes will be uploaded in the form of scanned pictures, so lets say the admin wants to upload 100 pages of notes of Sir X in Commerce > Maths, he will select and upload them all, and the front-end will show paginated form of those pictures, so if there are 100 pages, there will be navigation links on the bottom to browse through 100 pages
3) Subscription
Finally and the main thing, user has to subscribe to website to access all the data on the website, there is no free view (you can just show categories so users will be tempted to buy by teachers names) we can define the fee from backend and time period will be 1 year for the subscription, user can see how much time is remaining and not much more to show.. User can subscribe through Credit Card (Instant) and Easy Paisa/Bank Transfer (Manual verification) so we can activate subscription later on or make a new id from admin for manual sales.

Totally up to you if you make it in wordpress or core PHP as i think wordpress would need a lot of customizations for all the above tasks
