Talented website creator/Domain sale partner

Hello Talented, Creative I individual who thinks outside of the box AND the octagon! I’m Kristin Erickson and you can look me up on Linked In under Kristin Stanke Erickson. I’m the woman with the large “Mister Rogers” signature in back of her head. Why, you ask!? Because I’m the co-writer of a national book, “143 Reasons Mister Rogers Still Matters”. At the foundation of this 340-page+ book are the largest number of memories ever gathered for publication about Fred Rogers. To that we’ve added a wide spectrum of features that have never before appeared in any book about Fred. With a foreword by David Newell (Mr. McFeely) and an endorsement by Joanne Rogers, this book is a big deal in the realm of Mister Rogers’ releases. I’ve had all sorts of social media going for 18 months and we just launched a website: [login to view URL], which encourages people to send in news about Kindness. But it needs a redo. Take a look and you’ll see why. The form is buried; there’s way too much type. Etc. I can tell you how to fix it and have created websites myself but I just don’t have time because I’m working on five MORE books. Beyond fixing this website, I need someone to create a branding site for our Rogers’ books (there will be four). And much more. Secondly, I am ideally looking for someone who wants to make a lot of money partnering up on monetizing and/or selling domains. I own a couple hundred and have a gift for finding a domain name to buy in industries one would think are locked up tight. So I need someone smart and savvy to work with me on offering many up for sale and creating and monetizing the ones it would be foolish to let go. I have great ideas for how to expand some of the names I own but also need an umbrella company website with the names for sale listed on it. SEO knowledge is a beautiful thing. As is knowledge of where best to sell and advertise on social media in general. I’ve launched 8 magazines and 6 events from concept to reality and took $7k and created a $1.2 million dollar/year company. I need someone to work with who thinks like an entrepreneur and is REALLY good. I can pay you. I’d prefer part $ and someone interested in a piece of the projects cause you’d make much more money.
