Update logo, create banner ads in various sizes, create graphic image for new product

Small digital education componay seeks to launch new marketing campaigns this spring. We have three needs at this time: 1) modify our logo slightly, make it in various sizes and resolutions for various social media sites, (logo is attached) 2) create a series of 10 banner ads in 6 basic Google ad sizes that include the logo, an image and a written sales message (that we will provide), 3) a separate image for the top of our pages for a trademarkeed product, the BCTP. The one we have now is not professional looking: [login to view URL] so we need some concepts and once chose, the final concept will need to be depicted in various sizes. We hope to complete these projects in the next 3-4 weeks at most. Applicant must be: 1) organized enough to manage all listed projects 2) do all the work themself and not hand it over to one of their co-workers; and 3) speak English as a native American English speaker. 4) Applicant also must be available to communicate from 7-10 am Pacific time, weekdays.
