vedio chatting website for lessons

i want a website that is basically allows private lessons through video chat the main page will be separated into half, the first half will say :"i am a teacher" which beneath it will bet to options : sign up as a teacher or sign in as a teacher , the other half will say : "i am a a student" which will also include singing in and signing up as a student options beneath it, if a person comes signs up as a student it will require from him his details(name,username,pass,etc),his age, current grade and payment info if a person wants to sign up as a teacher the website will require from him his details,a certain subject that he is strong at(this field will be optional)and bank account number to which the money will be transferred to from the student. when the both log in :the student will have a search bar that can search in it teachers by their names or usernames, once they find an online teacher(the search must show if the user is offline or online) that they want to have a lesson with him they click on "can we have a private lesson" button then a windows appears on the teachers screen telling him that this student wants to have a private lesson with him, the teacher must also agree , if he does a video chat window opens between them with timer , when the timer hits one hour a window will pop on both screens asking them if they would like to continue for another hour, if they both agree that video chat window stays open, if not then the video chat closes, once the video chat was ended an amount of money will be transferred from the student to the teacher bank account through the payment info they both entered, the student will pay 55 sheckels for hour, the teacher will get 50 sheckels an hour and the 5 sheckels diffrence will go to my bank account in the video chat window there is a tab that is called “books and resources" This tab gives both the student and the teacher access to all the books and resources they might need during the lessons that includes books for that the students use in school from the first grade up to the twelve grade from all subjects in addition to added resources for poems and basic math physics and chemistry rules they will also have a shared notepad tab which if they want to use whenever one of them writes or drows someting on it it will appear on the other side's screen The “Books And Resources” tab can only be accessed to during the lesson the website will have two additional features : 1.I need help with: In addition for the students being able to search for teachers by names and subjects they could also use the “I Need Help With” feature which allows them to pick one subject in particular that they are weak in When they choose that subject they will be put in that subject list for those who requested that feature on this subject and all the teachers that chose this subject when they signed up will be notified with this student i can help you with : This feature is directly related to the “I Need Help With” feature, the teachers of a particular subject can offer private lessons for all the students that exists in the same subject list of “I Need Help With” feature that are seeking those private lessons
