Opportunity to work for fast-growing e-commerce company. I am looking for one superstar employee to work with me and my company. I am based in Brisbane, Australia and we will work together virtually. I can supply a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 intel i7 / Desktop for a successful applicant to keep and use professionally and personally. Virtual Assistant responsibilities Include: Responding to emails and phone calls Writing out emails from recording I send you Helping me proofread and edit Proposals Minor graphic design work Liasoning with my suppliers ( I'll provide templates) Job brief We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. I will not be expected to chase you up, you should do the tasks, I am reasonable with work and can assist if needed. Manage a contact list Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records Organize managers’ calendars Perform market research Create presentations, as assigned Address employees administrative queries Provide customer service as first point of contact Requirements: Confidence in proofreading and editing English at an extremely professional level Self-driven and motivated individual Extremely trustworthy candidate Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office) Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills Excellent time management skills Solid organizational skills High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar would be looked upon extremely favourably and Web design experience in either WordPress/ Shopify will also be extremely beneficial. If you maintain output at a high performance, pay rises, bonuses and perks will be discussed. I am a very generous boss and reward effort and give credit where credit is due.
