Website / App (Will Require Complicated coding.)

I will only be seeking people from China, preferably from Chaozhou, Guangdong only. This is NOT a simple business or personal website or an app. YOU CANNOT BUY OR USE A TEMPLATE TO CODE THIS SITE/APP! (IT REQUIRES CODING FROM SCRATCH!) This website/ app has a lot of complex coding. It requires a very experience team that understand how to code a website that requires many functions. EX: users require their own security setting, users need to be able to upload pictures/ youtube links and etc. For now I just want a team to code the main page for me. And after if I like your team we can move forward. One page for now, however the page will have to have a login and sign-up part to it. Which needs to be functional. To understand what I want think of this way, if you can code Facebook? You can program my site/app. As I am in China, and if I decide to have your company code the whole site/ app for me? I will be wanting to meet your team in person. And I will be dropping by to be moderation the project as it progresses. Yes, I do have the full drawings of the my idea.
