Website Design & Management

I am seeking a contractor or company to build a basic business website with standard pages, e.g. landing page, services, portfolio, About Us and Contact page. I am hiring a content writer in a separate posting, so the services I need for this part of the project are as follows: Consultation/Management: I do not have time to write out requirements. The guru hired will need to speak with me via WebEx or Skype and write out the requirements based on our conversations. Content Layout: Consult on what needs to be on the pages and how they should be laid out. There may be some overlap here with the content writer. Graphic Design: Create/Customize the theme, CSS, stock photos and custom graphics as needed, e.g. if we need small custom images to represent the types of services I offer. You must have skills to customize pages for the platform. For example, if the site is in Word Press or Joomla, you must be able to create themes or customize page structure and change the color scheme if necessary. I will not be searching for images. You will need to submit stock photos for me to choose from. Ultimately, I am looking for someone who can meet with me, understand what I need, provide recommendations and build it. Again, I will not be writing any requirements, so you must speak and comprehend English, or have someone from your company to do project management. Thank you.
