Website Development + Access to HQ Stock Photos

Current state of our website: [login to view URL] See our attachment for a very rough idea of what we are trying to accomplish. Overview: We would like to find a freelancer who we can use over the long term to help implement custom elements into our website as we have changes. We would like training on how we can update basic elements such as photos and videos after it is complete. We need a freelancer who has access to high quality stock photos. We are currently using shopify to build and host our website. Navigation The tabs we want are: Home Products Services Do your Research Quick Contact We would the navigation to scroll down as page moves. We would like the navigation to look more like the example than it currently does. Footer: We want our footer to be based off of this companies footer Home Page See our example attached for the layout elements can be found below: Banner is from: [login to view URL] which we already have implemented but may need some touching up. Services page We want a high quality stock photo of a downtown city at night. Then followed by text boxes and high quality stock photos of buildings and mechanical rooms the whole way down. Similar layout to how we have in our attached example.
