Sr. WordPress Design and Development for Long-term Position

We are a small friendly Graphic Design company that also offers website design services. We design logos, flyers, and business cards. Many of our clients also come back to us for beautiful websites. We are looking for someone to manage our WordPress clients.
On a typical day you will:
Login to your virtual work environment/web conference.
Meet with the Director of Web Development to review task list.
Work through client design tasks and support tasks (fixes).
Report on task completions.
Provide WordPress Design Concepts using popular templates.
Work through Revision Rounds.
Support Website and Email Migrations.
Configure Plugins, specifically Woocommerce
Benefits:
YOU will be paid on the 1st each month.
YOU set your schedule, must equal 40 hours.
YOU will have opportunities for rapid advancement.
Monthly performance bonuses for every 5-star client review!!!
PAY INCREASES every 6th months, with positive performance reviews.
Requirements:
Must provide a varied portfolio of WordPress websites and e-commerce websites.
Must be skilled at conversational English.
Must have reliable access to high-speed internet.
Must be reliable and dependable, as this is an on-call position.
