Xml Integration price comparsion

I have price comparison platform. Like TriVaGo, Iuvoo compares prices coming from other price comparison platforms (Kelkoo, Trovaprezzi, Become, Twenga). This application import 2 groups of xml/csv tables: 1) ICECAT. Is a complete list of technological devices with a lot of specs. This is the reference items list. Very big. 2) KELKOO, TROVAPREZZI, BECOME, TWENGA and others to came. This are priced list of technological products. Best price on top. Our goal is to set up an application that both offers search and filter functions that help the web surfer to choose the best suitable device, AND, display the best price list for the chosen product.
