FFMPEG programming: I need FFMPEG code that is able to insert text, insert picture and text, then zoom out. ..

hi there, below is sample video, it shows exactly what I need to be done. It must be done by FFMPEG code, not by Adobe Premier or similar video editors.. So it can be applied to any other video. 1. Insert text in the bottom of the screen, as shown in example video 2. Insert overlay picture at the end of the video under specific angle, and text next to picture, on the congratulations card. Then ffmpeg should zoom out that sequence, as shown in example video. If you need you can extract picture from video, than overlay inserted picture and text and then apply zoom out effect.
