basically if you need to extract data from blockchain based on erc20 compliant tokens created by you, we need to create a dapp to interact with the smart contract. what you call as web app, we can create it to extract data from blockchain and save it to SQL. I have already created many smart contracts and Dapps earlier. pls msg me , I will give you the smart contract address to check. thanks

We have built for the bitcoin and the address that we have monitored. Al is done in the node.js Framework and MongoDB database with angular.js. We have implemented Google login, facebook login, twitter login, LinkedIn we also done the Stripe and pay pal payment integration in that project too for Stripe we are familiar with taking credit card details tokenizing it, block payment through token and refunding.
