Build a PWA with Angular and Firebase

Looking for an experienced full stack developer for 3 weeks (MVP project). You will work with a team of 2 experts for this project. You Must be experienced with Angular 5, Firebase and Bootstrap 4/Material design. Please note we are creating a Rich bidding platform with payment services (PayPal and Stripe), not a website/blog/etc. User experience, Security, and performance are important. Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce/Bidding applications. -You must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
