Create an Animation

I need help on making a 15 secs animation base on my storyboard. The animation specifications requires to be framerate: 24fps stage size: Width 1280px, Height 720px Must have audio elements: a suitable background music. Please complete the work via Adobe Animate CC. I will need HTML wrapper, flash project working files and illustration working files. A story of my project: I'm currently working on for Pepsi advertisement. At the first panel, the command center detects an asteroid is coming toward the Earth. There will be alert flashes on the screen. The 2nd panel shows a closer look of an asteroid coming to close Earth. The 3rd panel is entering into Earth with flames wrap around it. The 4th panel shows the asteroid finally make an impact to earth. The 5th panel shows that asteroid is entering the atmosphere , going through clouds and dropping at high speed. The 6th panel shows where asteroid is about to land into the urban area. The 7th panel shows that the asteroid is about it to the hit the ground. The 8th panel is where the asteroid finally hit the ground. The 9th panel shows that the asteroid cracked after it lands and a small cylinder peeks out. The 10th panel is a closeup of the cylinder and the final panel shows the cylinder is Coca Cola soft drinks being covered by debris.
