USB Camera to AWS S3 using PHP

I need to design a USB Infrared Camera to my existing web application. The code for my web application is written in PHP/HTML and it will remain in PHP/HTML. I want the camera to record the moment a function (open) within my web application is executed until the moment another function (close) will stop the recording. After which, I want the recorded videos to never be stored on the local PC. I need it stored on AWS S3. I will not provide credentials for my S3 account, I will create a user with only S3 read and write access for the duration of this project. I have the rough HTML code that is able to record stop and go. The ideal candidate will have knowledge to upload files to S3 and be able to add the function dependency within my existing web application. I need this done as soon as possible. Two proposed milestones are 1) Create the PHP code and dependency 2) upload files to S3.
