WebRTC Video Chat integration with existing Chat App

I have Video Chat App, same as WhatsApp, which uses Agora/Twilio for Video chat functionality to work.

I want to replace it with WebRTC Video chat. I have complete code for WebRTC module too, which is purely HTML/Javascript based.

Just looking for someone to Hook the two working modules into one.

All we have to do is, when users click on Call button, we pass the required parameters to start the WebRTC Audio/video calls.

Let me know if you can do this.

And Yes, I'm looking for "Individual APP Programmer", who know Swift and/or Xamarin pretty well, so we can work on long term basis as I have Websites, which I'm looking to convert into APPs.
