Website Development from HTML onto either Joomla or Wordpress

Development Our client wishes to show videos on his website that are displayed well on all browsers and responsively on mobile and tablet devices. We will provide you with a HTML design for the following pages: Homepage, about us, contact us, Our partner page, Subscription package page, video page, video category page, login and registration page, Blog page, Blog Category page, landing page There need to be different levels of subscription categories giving access to varying areas of the site with payment options, special offer, limited offer, and recurring payment taking automation built in. There will be free demonstration videos for guests to the site to view without subscription. The user needs to be able to upload the videos to youtube and have them display on the site and all mobile/tablet devices cleanly and without errors. The contact forms should have an option to opt into receiving a newsletter and there also needs to be a subscribe to our newsletter neatly showing on all pages. The website will also require a landing page to be develolped which has a calls to action forms at the side and detailed analytics built into the page and the other pages also with Google Analytics. The urls should be sef urls with keywords of the menu items and page in the titles. How do you plan to develop the site? Which paid plugins will you require to make this job a complete success?
