I need someone who can help us set up a message board. We are willing to use an established company/site which already provides message board services. The message board must have the following characteristics: (1) It must be able to be closed/private or limited to certain members; (2) It must allow photos or documents to be posted; (3) User must have the ability to post anonymously. We are willing to pay someone an hourly fee to help set this up, or to direct us to a webpage which meets this criteria.

Hi there. There are various of Message boards that you can use today, most of them fulfill your requests, so you don't need to worry. Setting that message board would include that you already have a place where you can host that script and domain for that host. Be sure to have that first. PhpBB is a good choice, a well-established brand of forum script that has a large community of people ready to help you in the future, so we can choose that.
