Build a front-end for my metasearch engine

I am looking for the Wordpress expert to create a minimalistic front-end of the metasearch engine. I already have the backend developed in Python. It populates MySQL database with the data. I need someone who can create a clean front-end for getting the data from this DB, while applying user-defined filters (something similar to [login to view URL]). However, I do not need so many features as the mentioned website has. The web page should be very minimalistic. The main page must have the search bar with a background image. When a user clicks on "Search" button, the result page should appear with the filters widget on the left or right side. The result page should be updated each time a user selects new filters. That's it. Something similar to this template, excluding all unnecessary features: [login to view URL] This is a quick job, hiring within 2-3 days. I need someone serious and dedicated to my project.
