Build me a functional estimator

Need a drop-down menu where the customer can select what equipment they have then another drop down menu where they can select the amount of equipment they have. That will generate an estimated cost. There will need to be at least 3 of those menus then a grand total estimate. I'd like to know if something like that can be done in HTML that I can insert into a website. Something along the lines of Equipment: How Many? Estimated Cost ABC 2 $120 XYZ 4 $240 DEF 2 $440 Estimated total cost: $800
