Need to design HTML Jquery admin panel for dating app managment - 5days

Hey, We are developing a android dating app. For BackEnd admin panel before start development we want to design the attractive admin panel that will help the developer development time to focus on logic instead of design. Please find the attachment, we need all options mentioned in that document with audio and video player embedded, we no need any logical handling from you. But developer directly able to use your designs. All pages data's needs to populate from Jquery. Don't give pure html, because developer again wont spend time to build the adapters again. Note: We need it very urgent, if any company with multiple person work on this project, priority goes to them. Don't give any online cracked templates. And you no need to wire any API for data, use hardcoded data is enough. Place you bid with your previous work/demos.
