I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - i could only make the mechanical part of the project... i still could advise on the electrical components (motors, sensors, etc) 2 - what architecture do you have in mind? polar, cartesian, cantilevered... 3 - except for the payload, do you know any other working parameters? distances, speeds, repeatability, accuracy... 4 - it has to make repetitive tasks or will have random movements? I'm embedded software engineer graduated from faculty of engineering department computer and control system. I work on a lot of projects using different micro-controllers like Arduino, Pic 18f452 and Pic 16f877A etc. So I think that I would be the best one doing that job for you on the shortest time, may be done your job before deadline with the same efficiency.
