Need shoutcast server fully setup to stream our FM radio station with embeded html code for websites to add for player.

This is a simple project just need a shoutcast server setup for me to run fully on my audio computer that runs all the audio 24 hours a day to our fm station that is local we want it to stream everything online using a embeded html code for others to share and use as well. It would be nice to be able to tell how many are listen ing and let them intereact with eachother. Please let me know what all can be done I use ZaraRadio to play all music and programing on our local fm station that we want to stream online.
