React, Redux Guru Wanted to build Fleet Management Dashboard

n.b. Individuals strongly preferred over companies. We're looking for a web guru to help us build some cool, mobile-first, interactive telematics dashboards and driving visualisation screens. n.b. This is a repost as there were professionalism issues with the previously hired candidate. We will build the system using the React bootstrap framework + Redux. We have also identified an admin template library that we like (rubix). ([login to view URL]) The chosen freelancer(s) must have strong React/Redux skills along with solid general coding skills and excellent English communication. The individual must be comfortable with tight, iterative design cycles. We expect development to be commensurate with current best practices and well-documented, maintainable code to be delivered. Technical skills include solid React.js, d3.js, REST, WebSockets, [login to view URL], npm, bower, experience with dashboard/charting frameworks. We have built a demo dashboard as a starting example (see attachments) The tasks are 1) New fleet status visualisation screens 2) Vehicle health screens 3) Integrate existing mapping/charting components 4) Integrate existing analysis/visualisation components 5) Build new visualisation components as required 6) Build new admin/configuration screens Existing screens are linked in the attachments The focus is on the front-end, we'll provide the back-end REST and streaming APIs - you need to make it the front end fly! The pages will essentially be static when deployed - the configuration will be managed via the React DOM.
