We are using SMPP in PHP. But have problem.. if we binding to router company One bind has 3 ~ 5 submit_sm per second. so we use many bind of 20~300 to each track_id in mysql.. If it's normal, only use one binding . I want to send a limit to smpp according to each track_id in my database. example . i want send limit 20 per sec, if my database put in another track id (3) A 20 B 20 C 20 per sec send smpp like this In order to do that, I think we have to solve the binding problem first. help me please.
