Professionally I have worked as a HR Management Consultant.I have interviewed and hired number of employees.I have been consulted on hundreds of CVs, LinkedIn profiles and the proper usage of job websites. I have worked with various recruitment agencies for placement at my client's place. I am familiar with the working pattern of recruitment agency.I believe minimum turnaround time is what makes a project successful.
