Involved in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, phone screening, scheduling interviews, taking personal interviews, salary negotiations and extending the offer letter.
Completion n and maintenance of joining formalities including verification of certificates, reference checks and personal file making.
Liaison with the consultancy in terms making agreements, sharing the job description, manpower requirement /Shortlisted/Recruited details of contract employees.
Salary negotiation, offer letter roll out and date of joining confirmation etc.
Follow up of invoice (from consultancies) and payment from the company end.
