Job Description:
We run a sailing holidays website and we need more traffic. We are online for 10 years, never been hit by any algorithm but never reached more then page 2 or 3 in Google for our most popular keywords. The website has been recently redesigned. We are aiming to improve traffic, increase sales, brand awarenes and booking of sailing yachts/boats.
Link Building tasks Responsibilities:
- do not offer link building packages !!! we will ignore any offer that includes packages.
- you need to provide weekly report of submitted and approved links
- Link pages must be permanent, visible, readable, indexable & do-follow and no-follow and not dissapear after 30-50 days.
- White hat methods only, absolutely no use of black or grey hat methods.
- All of Google’s guidelines must be followed including no use of banned sites, with low quality sites etc.
- No use of spam, junk or unethical SEO methods.
- No junk profile building techniques are to be used.
- No use of automated software or bots.
- no guest blogging or blog commenting
- Search engine friendly link pages only, no redirects
- classified ads are welcome
- Getting links from hub pages "co-citation effect"
- No link farms, traffic exchanges or link exchanges.
- QUALITY and RELEVANT backlinks only.
- No methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or penalised
- Expert understanding of Google Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird and other current updates and how to work with them. Must be able to achieve goal within 1-3 months and we would expect a weekly progress report and update.
NOTE: If any of the rules above are not followed or violated, payment will NOT be provided. we use several tools that find toxic and new suspicious links so we excpect you to take care of the links you build and where you submit them.
SMM (Social Media Marketing) Responsibilities:
Generate only 2 posts per week, all content for approval across social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, is needed from our side. Manager acces will be granted to our accounts but all content needs to get to us for before approval. We need someone who is able to attract readers and expand our viewership through our social media outlets: Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest. This job requires a social forecasting skill and a keen eye for popular posts. Not only Posting images and 2-3 phrases of text stuffed with keywords.
Previous social media experience strongly preferred.
Understand our niche (travel, Holiday, sailing) Write the occasional blog post or article for our news section on our website. Can be once every 2 weeks. We want a organised team or individual, very responsive no more waiting then 12 hours for response/reply. Minimum bid with maximum turnaround will be preferred.
Especially if you offer "pay for results achieved" !
Qualifications:
Flawless written English, with perfect grammar.
Knowledge of use of google webmastertools to apply needed settings and make neccessery changes.
Provide us along with your previous work success in SEO, please include this sample: list 1 techniques you would use to increase your amount of followers or readership and why. Also, include a few techniques that you should avoid in order to keep your followers.
If results achieved, we will extend for next 3 months and so on.
The Job is for for 5-7 keywords, mostly off-page, but onPage suggestions are welcome. I will provide url and keywords in workroom, but before I need proof of experience and knowledge. So we excpect a detailed analysis of our website onpage and offpage. and everything else asked if you read the entire project description.
