Cold email outreach expert

We run a PR agency with a very affordable PR plan and healthy track record. We are looking for someone to identify and reach out to founders/CEO/CMOs of startups and small businesses via email / linkedin. We will provide the initial template but expect you to personalize each email based on what the startup does and what we can do for them. Our initial target is pitch 50 startups every day. That's 1000 startups for a month. This project is for 1000 startups. So please bid accordingly. We will pay a fixed fee as well as a bonus for each successful conversion. Please mention your experience in doing such outreach as well as the result you have got.
