Full Time Ecommerce Specialist

We are looking for a full time Ecommerce expert to manage our business. Currently we have Amazon stores in the USA and Canada, with a diverse product portfolio. We also have other retail sites online that require management. This will be a very broad an expansive role - after initial onboarding and training, the expectation will be that the selected candidate will manage all aspects of the business from cradle to grave. EXPECTED RATE OF PAY -we are looking to hire the chosen candidate for a rate of 5-7 USD per hour; we felt it was important to list this upfront so that those who cannot support this bill rate are free not to read any further. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (general list that will expand) -Manage Amazon and Shopify store listings -Perform competitor research -Perform keyword research -Create product listings -Optimize listings on a regimented basis -Manage online customer feedback -Organize shipping of products and packages as required -Manage Amazon inventory levels -Manage warehouse inventory levels -Place new orders with supplier -Create and Manage advertising/PPC campaigns -Manage established budget -Create content and Manage social media pages -Track sales of various products and other key performance indicators -Provide detailed reports as requested -Research and Contact potential bulk sale partners -Look for opportunities for business/product expansion -Complete provided training as requested EXPECTATIONS -chosen candidate should have an extensive background in Ecommerce, with advanced working knowledge of the Amazon platform -chosen candidate should be self-motivated and self-directed -chosen candidate must be honest and trustworthy, and will consider this job as a privilege with immense opportunity as opposed to just another job -chosen candidate must speak fluent English, and have impeccable grammar -chosen candidate must feel comfortable speaking over the phone to potential new customers -chosen candidate must have an advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Skype and/or Google Hangouts -chosen candidate must be familiar with social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, and potentially others -chosen candidate must be highly organized and must be extremely efficient with managing time -chosen candidate must be goal oriented, and must challenge him or herself to reach new heights, and potentially earn a position of partnership with our company -chosen candidate must be open and upfront when issues arise, and when time off is required -chosen candidate must be coachable, and willing to fail forward and receive constructive feedback -chosen candidate must put a premium on customer service, and must always represent our brand with empathy and class
