Get Traffic to my Website

We are a small family business operating holiday properties in Croatia (based in the UK). We are looking for someone able to manage our FB and Instagram account ( research content, post and engage with the community if necessary). Ideally, someone with good research skills and possibly have experience in tourism, travel, and hospitality. Primarily the person needs to be able to analyze and target our main audience, create appropriate and relevant content based on this (German customers). The person does have an understanding of the SEO concepts, run social media campaigns and Adwords, able to manage Google analytics and report back. We need someone with the understanding of the digital marketing concepts with the ability to collaborate with us on regular basis and provide suggestions on how to grow traffic and build a reputation. Our budget is small as we are just starting up and we consider a fixed fee agreed on tasks.
