I am looking for a VA with strong communications skills and attention to detail a must! We are now on the search for a great Virtual Assistant to help us in many different activities such as social media management, Customer Service, PR, Marketing, Customer Service, Traffic management just to mention a few. Virtual Assistant needed for the following task: Contact prospective shops and get them to sign up to our marketplace feature. We will provide you with a list of target shops, an introductory email and a set of instructions as to how to open up a shop on our website ([login to view URL]). Your job is to contact them and baby sit them as they set up their goods for sale on www.nicnacnoo.com. You can send an email questions that you get from them to us and we can draft a response that you can send back. The target shops should be able to set themselves up but inevitably some will need some hand holding to make sure that they have uploaded their logo, etc. We use Magento software and you would either need to comfortable using this, or learn to be comfortable (you don't need to use much of the functionality). We would prefer to pay you based on a per shop basis, however we will consider bids that want to paid on a per hour basis. Our goal is to get 100 shops selling through our site. I need someone proactive. Familiarity with: Google Docs Evernote Google Keyword Manager Will start from a few hours a week but could increase once working relationship established. Who Am I NOT Looking for? - Someone who will send me a generic reply / proposal to this ad. I am also well versed with SEO / Online promoting strategies. Hands on experience developing and promoting few hundred websites. I have strong communication skills and can help you with multiple tasks. And expect a very high professional communication with the customers. As I am based from India, my English would carry the Indian accent - though I can communicate well with your team over skype / phone, I recommend not using me for customer contact over phone. #ilovesuccess I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with experience writing professional and academic essays ranging from 2- 16 pages in length. I have 4 years experience in client relations and business writing as well. I am very customer service inclined and believe in doing the best I can with every job and correspondence. First and foremost, I am a UK resident, English is my native language. Unlike everyone else here, I can guarantee I will make no grammatical mistakes, which is crucial for the reputation for any business. My background is in Business Management having graduated with a BSC in Business Management from St Andrews in 2013 and Law, as largely, my work experience consists of Administrative and Legal Assistant roles, having worked in a Law Firm for 2 years to date and this is where the relevant face-to-face and digital customer support comes into play.
