Hey there! I need a PR manager for my Music Tech conference, who will engage into attracting 100 delegates to this event. It is a launch event. There is the portrait of the target audience, a bought database with contacts of 30% оf the target audience and strong support of music tech community in the city. The event itself happens in Berlin, May 22-23, 2019. Here's the old website (being updated): [login to view URL] The website is being done and will be renewed within 2 weeks. Production done - agenda is ready: 15 speakers for full 2 days. Very hot topics and some high-positioned people people + an absolute star: former manager of Elton John, Guns'N'Roses, Pet Shop Boys, etc. Current manager of Nyle Rodgers. Primary channels: online media (articles written by the copywriter - already hired), LinkedIn (groups, personal DMs, posting in your newsfeed), emails, speakers, probably Google adwords. Facebook is not a significant channel here, please note that! We would brainstorm the customer journey together and work out the action plan accordingly. Graphics - if you don't possess graphic skills, we will hire a designer separately. There will be also some customer service involved - mainly answering people's inquiries by email. All of the sales to be done through the website. I would need a person, who would take over this task and deliver the results. Estimated workload ~ 55 hours until May 22. Ideally you would have experience with marketing the conferences before, good if you have some music industry connections. Absolutely cool if you have experience with media work and/or connections with music media!
