Motivated Marketing and Customer Service VA (ongoing) - English & Spanish

I am an Australian, living in Cambodia and selling in America. You need to be my bridge to the English and Spanish market for my business.
My E-Commerce business has been operating for 3 years already and now needs additional support to grow to its potential. I currently only offer my products in English on Amazon and Shopify but would like to also offer them in Spanish and expand to Walmart and wholesale markets. Specifically you will need to start with;
Keyword research
Listing translations (English to Spanish)
Amazon listing updates
Shopify listing updates
Customer service (Spanish and English)
As we build our relationship, I would like you to expand into;
Content creation for social media
link building and seo for website
scrape lists of potential businesses and cold call or email to get my product into their shops.
Basic bookkeeping (Not a requirement but as I'm a registered LLC, you will be more familiar with IRS requirements)

I live in Cambodia running a charity. This business was started to help support my wife and I as well as the charity work that we do. We work in Early Childhood Education supporting Kindergartens in rural communities. When you work with me, you will also support the work we do here. Our business uses the charity as a minor marketing piece but relies on the quality of our product for sales.
The successful applicant will be motivated and show initiative with suggestions how I can grow the business. Looking for long term contract. I spend a lot of money monthly on software to help with data collection and analysis to help you with your work. I can provide training and direction on my specific needs. I operate on zoho for my business which is similar to G-Suite (Google).
